New Balance of emotional advertising...

I think this is very well done. The first time it came on the TV, I stopped what I was doing. Maybe I love it because I too have once been in that love/hate relationship with running.

Delt-a bad PR tip? Delt-a Good PR tip?

I'm torn by this. Good PR or Controversial PR?

"ken lee" without you?

First off, the woman judge looks so much like Paula Abdul, it's scary.

Secondly, are these people actually cheering and not laughing?

"Once" was not enough, I could've seen it twice.

I must say, if you're in the mood for a little culture, good music, and a really good, yet short plot, definitely ad this to your Netflix list, or however you get movies. I'm intrigued by the whole production of this film. Being a lover of the English/Irish accent assists in my admiration of this movie, but I do recommend at least checking it out for the music. It has a little Cat Stevens, Ben Harper, Coldplay feel.

Judge Skirts Privacy of 16 Year Old Girl?

http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,337173,00.html

Apparently I loose all rights to privacy when I wear a skirt, according to a judge in Oklahoma. I can't figure out if this guy was sober or not. Understandable that all persons associated with professions in the law (my fiance included) has different perceptions on how it applies to specific cases, but this is out-right ludicrous. I can't imagine a man coming up to me thinking that he has the right to violate me because I have on a skirt. Didn't this judge take it into any sort of account that this girl was 16 too? Not that age makes a difference, but in this case, come on...this judge is out of line.

I found this blogger who listed the case law, thanks for referencing this:
